On 16 of November business representatives of Kaunas region participated in the discussion – "Why is it worth building a corruption-resistant environment in business?". It was the fifth (final) discussion of this kind organized in Lithuanian cities, during which the Anti-Corruption Guide for Business (AVV), prepared by public and private sector representatives together with the Special Investigation Service (STT), was presented.
On October 16th in the annual responsible business conference "Economy of responsibility: from volunteering to new business models" the exciting responsible business trends and practical examples of sustainable and socially responsible business were discussed and initiatives presented. This conference unites business leaders and experts from Lithuania and abroad who share their experience. The main goal of the conference is to encourage the development of responsibility in Lithuanian business by presenting successful practices of integrating sustainability principles into core business practices.

Special Investigation Service (STT) with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs are implementing the project “Further Support to the National Anti-Corruption Centre of the Republic of Moldova in its efforts to strengthen Corruption Prevention”. The aim of the project is to strengthen the institutional and administrative anti-corruption capacities of Moldova in implementing the EU and Moldovan Association Agreement.
