The 2025 EU Justice Scoreboard

 European Commission 2025 EU Justice Scoreboard presents an annual overview of indicators on the efficiency, quality and independence of justice systems. Its purpose is to assist the Member States improve the effectiveness of their national justice systems. Link
Anti-Corruption and Integrity Outlook OECD 2024 Outlook assess the compliance of anti-corruption policy regulations and implementations in 38 member states with OECD standards. Six anti-corruption policy themes are evaluated: anti-corruption strategy, corruption risk management and audit, lobbying, conflict of interest, political finance, and transparency of public information.

Map of corruption in Lithuania

 The Special Investigation Service 2024 Map of Corruption in Lithuania in an annual survey initiated by the Special Investigation Service. The purpose of the study is to assess the corruption situation in Lithuania and compare it with the results of previous years. Survey focus on three target groups: residents, business’ executives and public servants. Research objectives are to assess the attitude towards corruption, the prevalence of corruption in various institutions, to determine the corruption experience of respondents and to assess the anti-corruption potential. Citizens' attitudes towards corruption in the EU in 2025

 European Commission 2025 This Eurobarometer survey is designed to explore the level of corruption perceived and experienced by European citizens. It was first conducted in 2005 and has been repeated 8 times. The survey covers general perceptions of corruption, attitudes towards corruption in public institutions and business, personal experiences of bribery, reporting and awareness of corruption, and bribery and corruption in the healthcare sector. Results are provided on both EU and country level. Report
Businesses attitudes towards corruption in the EU and in selected enlargement countries European Commission 2025 The survey covers businesses' perception of the level of corruption in their country, the prevalence of practices leading to corruption, the investigation, prosecution, and sanctioning of corruption, problems encountered when doing business, and corrupt practices in public tender and public procurement procedures. It was first conducted in 2013 and has been repeated 5 times. Results are provided on both EU and country level. Report

Global corruption barometer. European Union 2021

 Transparency International 2021 Global Corruption Barometer (GCB) is a comprehensive survey that measures public opinion and experiences related to corruption worldwide. It assesses people's perceptions of corruption levels in their country, their personal experiences with bribery, and the effectiveness of their government in fighting corruption. The GCB aims to provide insights into how corruption affects individuals' daily lives and to identify the key areas where anti-corruption efforts are needed. Latest results for Lithuania were provided in 2021 report together with other EU countries. Report
OECD Public Integrity Indicators OECD

The OECD Public Integrity Indicators establish a benchmark for government resilience to corruption risks and provide guidance on how to strengthen public integrity. The OECD’s standard indicators on public integrity and anti-corruption have been developed based on the OECD Recommendation of the Council on Public Integrity. Link
